Roast ‘Em While You Work

A dinner/lunch recipe that is so quick and easy, you can make it while you work…from home! Packed with enough taste and protein to keep you fueled for the rest of the day!

Ingredients:

  • Blue Danube Csabai Sausage (Mild, Garlic or Hot Gyulai)

  • Blue Danube Homemade Country Garlic Seasoning

  • Potatoes

  • Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

Recipe:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F. Prep baking trays with aluminum foil.

  • Cut potatoes into small wedges.

  • Spice & Oil your wedges. Lay them out flat on your baking trays.

  • Bake for 20 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, cut Csabai Sausage into slices.

  • After 20 minutes, take the potatoes out of the oven. Add the Csabai in between the wedges.

  • Bake for another 10 minutes
