Our slowly aged Shinken Speck is a low salt, dried and cured ham that holds a full flavour in every slice. Our local ham is boned-out, cured & spiced, smoked, and slowly aged to ensure a perfectly dry ham. Our Shinken Speck has no added nitrates, MSG, antibiotics or hormones and has a much lower salt content than most dry cured products on the market.
Due to the aged, dry salt process, this product does not require refrigeration. Product weights may slightly vary.
