Our Pork Salami chubbs are all made with our traditional and old fashioned methods, using only the highest quality of meats and spices. Using our original Blue Danube recipe, our Salami Chubbs are slowly and naturally aged to ensure a perfect texture. Our Traditional Salami Chubb is an all natural, filler free, MSG free dry salami with no added nitrates, hormones, or antibiotics and is perfect for any charcuterie board, sandwich, or platter.
